Guild Wars 2

I visited Black Lion Armorsmith today and I didn’t recieve my Celebration Hat skins (my Wizard Hat skins appeared, though). Why? I’m sure I had this hat before April update and as far as I remember I wore it once on one of my characters. Did I do something wrong or something crashed?

Did you take every character to the Armorsmith? The hat had to be in the inventory of one of your characters, or in your bank. If in the bank, take it out and to the Armorsmith.

Had you destroyed it prior to the update? If you no longer had in your possession prior to the update, the Armorsmith won’t make it appear.

I didn’t know that I need to take every character to the Armorsmith (it was in my least used character ex-town clothing). Thanks a lot for help.
