First off, understand that I’m trying to be as respectful as possible while typing. I recently (last night) got suspended for having the name “Gladiator Poopsniff”. I now understand that while I thought it was mildly funny, it was against the TOS. I put in a ticket and it’s been almost a day and still no response. I just don’t believe a 72 hour suspension is 100% warranted for a first time offense. Especially when the name is honestly not that offensive, when I’ve seen and scolded people for having racist/sexist names. I’ll take the hint and change the name to something that won’t get me in trouble or reduce the playing experience for others.

Hey just an update. Even though ArenaNet is probably a little overwhelmed in support requests, the GMs responded to me pretty quickly and gave me the benefit of the doubt. Thanks again.
