Hey Arenanet!
This is my 3rd gem purchase and also my first encountering a problem.
I just bought the logging axe and it’s been about 10-15 minutes and I have yet to receive it via mail.
If I remember correctly I think the Molten Pick Axe was instant.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The number one cause of missing items from the gem store is a full mailbox. Try deleting most, if not all your mail, and see if that solves the problem. Good luck. =)
Did you make sure you deleted old mail? The limit is 10/10 and new mail won’t arrive until you clear some old ones first. Then it should show up.

More importantly, sometimes mail that counts against the limit isn’t counted by the displayed counter.
