My account has been suspended about a year ago. Since GW2 was on sale I decided to buy the game onlie so I can upgrade my account so its not suspended amymore but its still suspended . What I’m wondering is that could Refound or get back my code so I can make a new account and be able to actually play.

As you have found out you cannot use a new account to un-ban an old account. To get an answer to your question you will need to contact support using the link at the top of the page then follow the submit a request link.

So do you think they can get me a new code? Instead of me paying more money for a new one?

How long does it usually take for the, to respond?

The window for response from CS is 3 days (72 hours). It may take longer but that is what they aim for, 72 hours or less.

You need to use the code you just got.
And as Inculpatus cedo contact Customer Support.
None of us can help you.
But remember it is the week end so you may not get a answer right away.
It can take up to 72 hours for a response.

Suspensions are temporary, account was banned.

OP likely means terminated (banned). Players often interchange the two terms: suspended and banned.
