Hi, looking for help retrieving my lost Consortium Harvesting tool? I put it in the bank before I deleted my character, but now, despite it being advertised as “Account Bound”, I can no longer retrieve it from the bank. Help please? Thank you in advance!

You must have already soulbound it to that character before putting it in the bank. It’s not just account bound, it’s account bound and soulbound on equip.

Yes, I see that now…and although I searched on Google trying to find out more about whether account bound items were truly account bound (as they appear not to be), I found no helpful information. I see now the soulbind on use tag that I missed before (yea, right under account bound which I did see, go figure).

Not really a fun way to come back to a game after 8 months. I’d still like to get the item transferred to an existing character.

You can open a ticket with Customer Support, perhaps they might assist you, but usually with user error, it is more difficult.
