I’m sorry that you are having problems. Have you submitted a ticket to support yet?

“Ask A Question” link in the middle of the top menu.
That will be the best way to have your issue resolved. Also please note that you may not get a response right away. So if you submit a ticket don’t submit a second one as this will actually slow down the response. It may take up to 72 hours but is usually much faster.
I hope it works for you soon. 
Of course the basic question are.
Are you using your e-mail address as the user name?
And is capslock on

So check your browsers internet tools for the password.

For example, in Chrome – open the Menu, Settings, Privacy, Manage passwords.
It’s similar for Firefox and IE, IIRC.
It will show a list of sites, usernames, and **** passwords – highlight and choose “reveal” or something similar (last I used firefox, it revealed all or none. Chrome reveals one at a time).
