The only way to change the email associated with your Account is to work with CS through the Support website, or by email. Sorry.
I am constantly asked from support to verify information that I do not know.
Therein lies your problem. Customer Support agents need to verify your identity through security questions. If you can’t answer questions that you should know, then you can’t get help. Period.
If they allowed you to call them, and change your e-mail without these verifications, what’s not to say that I could call and change your e-mail to one of my own? Then I could take over your account. You wouldn’t want that now would you?

Is there absolutely no number to call for support? All I want to do is update the email address for my account. I am not locked out or currently have the game installed. I do not know within 72hrs when I installed the game in 2012. Is there no support or my options so limited that I can’t simply enter a updated email address under My Account?

Do you no longer have access to the original email account for your game account? You should have an old “welcome!” email if you do.
