He should get a first response within 24 hours. If it’s been longer than that it’s possible that he isn’t getting the email as per this thread https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Not-Getting-Our-Mails-Yahoo-Gmail-Hotmail-and-more. He should check his spam and junk folders to make sure it’s not in there.
