Hi, I’ve been trying to buy a copy of GW2 Digital Edition for a friend and we are getting an error
“Your credit card details are invalid”
Tho it’s correct and i checked with my bank and it’s all fine
Can you help please?

Hi, I had the same problem during the beta, when we bought the second deluxe verion. I wrote a ticket, but finally the answer was everything ok try other web browser. I tried ~ 10 web browser finally maxthon web browser helped to me.

2 days ago we bought 2800 gem to my wife and to me. To the second account we had same problem again. Hm? What can I do: write a ticket again and we will get an answer everything ok try other web browser? So we installed to my wife’s machine the maxthon browser and set to default browser. It didn’t help. We created a paypal account and tried with that. Funny thing but the same problem, but with second paypal try we finally bought the gem. Jinny in the machine.

Conclusion
- Try Maxthon browser
- Use paypal

I recieved a reply earlier this morning that it will be looked into & still no reply yet
I also tried several browsers and same thing!

I havent got a reply yet from Payment team for over 2 days now so i decided to try another Digital seller listed on your website.
I’ve bought the game from Games Planet website with the same Credit Card
Please close this ticket & thread, thank you!
