Crystal refund?
It is very very doubtful you will get a refund.
I’d be happy with a crystal refund, not so much worried about the money.
ArenaNet does not offer item reimbursement or restorations.

I bought the collectors edition and I’ve had the same issue many have where I deleted my initial character. I never read anywhere that the digital collectors items would be limited to ONE character (and for over$100 per collectors edition, it shouldn’t be), so I felt I was safe in doing the deletion. However, I came to found out that none of my other characters are receiving the items. I assumed that I was just out of luck so I went and bought the digital deluxe items using 2000 crystals. However that was over a week ago and those still have not arrived. But now, I’ve been reading on the forrums that there is a fix in the works for those of us with collectors editions so that we can get our items. If that is the case, how do I go about getting a refund for the money I spent needlessly on the digital deluxe items in the blacklion trading system?

Before you call out companies/people for theft and start to give legal advice, it helps a lot if you actually had an idea of what theft was. What happened here isnt theft at all.
Where did I say anything was stolen? I didn’t, so quit twisting my words. If you have nothing to contribute to the discussion, you can go elsewhere.

Gretix, it was not aimed at you. Another poster posted in this thread, then deleted their post.
The DDE gem store upgrade gives you nothing if you already have the DDE/CE, and this seems to be deliberate, but for some inexplicable reason it doesn’t stop you from paying $25 for “nothing.” So I would hope they’d be able to reimburse you for the gems you spent on something that literally doesn’t do anything.
When you say you already contacted support about this, do you mean about not getting the items or about getting a refund for the gems?
You wont get the items, but they have said they will follow through with refunds. However, the account holder needs to be patient whilst their ticket moves up the queue.

Renegadeimp I would have been satisfied if I had received a support email saying that. But the only thing I got back didn’t address the issue.
