Guild Wars 2

Hello, I just contacted support about two town clothes sets I bought from the gem store that got deleted when I deleted a character. I’m being told there’s no way for me to get these items back, that I paid for.

I’m looking for confirmation of this, as I’m positive I’ve read on this forum of people accidentally doing the same, and having the items returned to them.

After much more question, they’re adamant that I cannot get these sent back to me, or refunded.

So thank you, Arenanet, for stealing 20 dollars from a customer who has played since GW: Prophocies, and used to spend quite a bit of money on the gem store.

You are seriously going to equate you accidentally flushing a $20 bill down the toilet to the bathroom owner stealing it from you? You really think that outrageous and exagerated accusation is going to motivate someone to help you? Good luck with that.

(I get you are frustrated and want your stuff back, but that approach to getting someone to bend the rules for you is possibly not in your best interest).

Ford Motor Company also stole from me when they wouldn’t replace the Pinto I accidentally crashed. Dang companies!
