I don’t know that we can provide that, because there could be a security risk. However, if you could provide a lot of other proofs of identity and proofs of ownership, I think you should go ahead and contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They may be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket, please read this post and provide as much as possible to expedite the ticket.

I have the same problem Fingledobe, and keep thinking: should my account ever get hacked, I really will be screwed… :/ Please let me know if/how support could help you!

I’m worried because It wont let me change my password… i totally forgot what it was since my hiatus but its still saved on my computer so i can still play… It needs the product code to get the lost password.

Ill let them know my card number and address that was purchased on. Maybe that will do it.
