Edit: Problem solved, I put in a query to customer support and it all got resolved :P

Have you checked in your Collectibles tab? I thought I’d lost my Risen Knight, but it turned out I’d clicked “deposit all collectibles” and he’d gone in there.

Yes it’s never been there :-(

Edit: In fact I don’t think I ever even received it in the first place. All I remember seeing when I first got the digital deluxe package was the Hall of Monuments Portal Stone, the Personal Golem Banker, and the Hero’s Band.

Contact support. Use the support tab at the top of the page then go to ‘ask a question’. I have read they replace lost Rytlocks. One guy deleted his and they replaced it.

Did you happen to ever delete a toon? If you did, it may have been in its inventory.

It’s possible I could have deleted a character with it on without realising, but I don’t ever remember seeing the rytlock mini ever :-/ thanks for the help! :-P will contact support
