Hello, for some reason my daughter’s account did not receive her dragon helm box. I logged her on today (she is away at Nanas!) to get her the big boom in the city achievement. The bar filled like on my account and my wife’s account and we got our floating treasure box, but this did not happen on my 7 year old Daughter’s account. Is there anything u can do? I do not believe she already got them and if you could check what happened I would be most thankful.

Having the same exact issue. Got the achievement but no dragon helmet. Happened in an overflow server, so I wonder if it’s a bug related to that. I know people are getting weapon skins they weren’t supposed to get in Lion’s Arch overflow servers, but for me the reverse happened – I didn’t receive the helmet I was supposed to get.

Hmmm, given the fact that 7 years old is a bit young I’m going to ask a question.
Did you check if she allready has the achievement ( big boom in the city). There was a bug on the opening day that people in overflow in lions arch got the title and the reward before schedule. So it might be that she allready got the achievement and the reward not knowing what it was??
