Q:

My house is the only IP that has logged into GW2, I’ve put in a ticket, I’ve looked for a phone number to contact support but haven’t been able to find one, and finally I don’t want my account to be locked.
Please unlock it.

Yes, I’ve even checked the spam folder. I’ve been refreshing my mail on 10-30 minute intervals.
I want to know why I have to wait so long, don’t they have a phone number like Blizzard where I can talk to customer support?
