Q:

Woe is me … went for the Skill Challenge-“Pinion Trail-Use Erts Unguent” with a Party, clicked on the barrel, but after the heat of battle, could not find Erts Jug in my inventory to consume it. Now when I go back, I can’t get it; the system keeps telling me I already have it in my inventory. Frustrating, because this is the last thing to complete in Queensdale, and I can’t! Can anyone help me here?

If you type “unguent” in the inventory search box, nothing shows up? I’ve found the search feature to be very effective.
