Falsely Banned?
First, never make multiple tickets as it will slow down any response you will get.
Second, if it has been more then 3 days, you need to post your ticket number in following thread.

Thank you for the thread link, Yeah I guess my lack of impatience was to blame for that. I’ll avoid doing so in the future. Is there a way to lock up my thread?
Edit: Also, the new system means I will receive support by emails right? I won’t need to login anywhere else?

Yes, using the new support system, once you open a ticket they will handle everything via email. There is no need to log in anywhere now.
