Friend Kicked From His Own Guild
Hello, I’m sorry to hear about the misfortune of your friend. However, it is against forum rules to “call-out” other players by using their game names and or username. You should probably remove all of the game and usernames from your post.
As this is your friend’s predicament your friend should be the one seeking support. You may want to encourage your friend to submit a support ticket to see if he can get any assistance with the problem.

I hope things get worked out.

Thank you.
I have edited the post and replaced the names with “XXXX”
if Anet asks for the names I will give them.

You need to go back and look again, you did not edit them all out.
You can have your friend open a ticket, but to be honest, he is not going to like the response he receives. No one hacked the game to gain kick rights, the guild leader simply made a mistake on either assigning rights to ranks, or giving the person a higher rank than he thought he did. This falls under “internal guild politics” and Anet will not get involved. Sad to say, your friend is not going to get his guild back unless the person who kicked him gives it back. If it’s any consolation, this has happened before so your friend is not the first person to lose his guild this way. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the best advice I can give is create a new guild and start over.
