A friend of myn was never able to change his password after he was sent an account password reset email from anet after he forgot his password each time he clicked the link and tryed to change his password it said that it couldnt. He recently tryed again but now doesnt remember his character names. What should he do to get his account back? if he needs to re open a ticket could i get a link to send him?

BTW, if you just get a decent guess of a character name (and it’s RACE / PROFESSION) Support will know you are likely the original owner of the account. In general, they do not require the Serial Code if some decently close information on the account is provided. To be honest, the BEST information is some financial information about the original purchase….
