A friend of mine is able to log in to game, but not these forums.

They try the password reset email and don’t receive anything (they checked junk too). And they are unable to submit a ticket.

Any tips?

Login here is the same as for the game, is he using his email address to log in or his username?
He needs to use his email address.

If that does not work he will need to email support.

Correct. He can url=http://support.guildwars2.com]contact Support[/url] by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket — mostly intended for security reasons to establish that you own the account — please read this post and provide as many suggested details as possible to expedite the ticket.
