I redeemed 2 gem cards for a total of 3200 gems and everything looked correct through the process but when I finished the gems were not on my account to be used. I did this specifically to purchase things that are in the gem store for a limited time. Did I just throw away 40$? I’ve redeemed gem cards before and it’s always gone fine.

It took like 30 minutes for them to show up in my account I don’t know if this is due to my posting here or reporting it as a bug or if the tp just lagged that badly. First time this has ever happened to me and hopefully the last.

Hey, just bought my first Gem Card, haven’t really had any problems yet. except i can’t exactly figure out the redeem code, i bought the card at EB Games and in a hurry forgot to ask how to use it. any help would be appreciated.

I believe you would:

Enter game
Press ‘O’ to open the Gem Store
Click ‘Buy Gems’
Enter the code on the card exactly as printed (including spaces if applicable)
Wait a reasonable time for your gems to appear
