I just purchased some gems and it said there was an error and to contact support but i recieved the gems just making sure everything is ok with my account?

Are you sure it said there “was and error”? When I buy gems it takes me to a page that says “if” there was an error to contact support.

I believe when you open the Gem Store (O) and choose the second option down on the left (where you can exchange gold for gem and vice versa), there is an option at the top that will allow you to purchase gems (with money). Good luck.

Here is the information from the wiki: ‘The Gem Store is accessed by the Gem Store tab in the Black Lion Trading Company panel. The Gem Store has eight tabs, categorizing different items that can be purchased from the store. The number of gems currently on the account are displayed in the top left next to the Home tab, along with a “Buy Gems” and “Redeem Code” options.’

So, it may be on the first (Home) page. =)

I’ve been having issues also buying gems. I just bought some gems Monday and I tried to buy some more today and it says that there is an error with my information or something to that regard. I know I have money in my account and I know my information is correct but for some reason I can’t buy gems.
