SOOOOOooo on my own since support is at lunch or something. Someone created an account using my guild wars 2 support id to link me to a page of how to cancel my subscription/ game subscriptions. It also tells me how to remove credit card information from my NCsoft account. Low and behold every guild wars and guild wars 2 related username/email I have doesn’t work and now I have to email NCsoft report. YAY!
Is that worthy of the worlds longest slow clap or am I being facetious?
All I want to do is throw money at ArenaNet and NCsoft.
Okay I finally got onto my NCsoft Account. CONGRATS. GUILD WARS 2 isn’t linked to this. Not to even mention that no credit card information is there either under Billing Summary.
