Guild Wars 2

I haven’t been able to log in for over an hour, I don’t have the serial code for this game because it was a gift so I can’t reset my password like it says in the suggestions. I don’t know if its me or GW2!!! Can anyone else confirm they are having this problem?

There are a multitude of posts and threads about this issue. I am sure it will be attended to momentarily. Just need a bit of patience. =)

im having same problem i cant connect , and I also changed my password just in case but I still get same error.

Okay well at least I know its not me. Thank you guys And apparently my roommate JUST got an update, so im going to restart my pc and see if I can get it too. Let me know if you can update the game too!
