So back in 9/x/12 i was hacked. I requested a refund because you couldn’t restore my level 65. I still had my level 80 and all his gear. Pending request for a refund i made a warrior and played, my refund was granted and i stopped playing. I came back to play now and my 80 thief and 27 warrior are stripped of their gear and money. Can i get a rollback??

So you got hacked twice ? Maybe it is time for you to check if your email/computer is enough secured :/
And try to send a ticket to see what they can do.

I did its very secure now. I’ve put in a ticket i just was wondering if there was anything else to do.

I don’t understand what you mean by refund. To my knowledge if you receive a refund your account can not be reactivated.

It can, all you have to do is repurchase the game and apply the serial code to your old account.

From Gaile Gray, another thread:
“Be aware that if one gets a refund, the account is permanently closed AND the credit card associated with it is disabled and may not be used in the future in any purchases related to Guild Wars or Guild Wars 2 (or any other NCsoft game). This means that it may not be possible to simply get a refund and start a new account.”

She said the accounts are permantly closed if you get your money back.

Something sounds not right here. Missing money and stripped characters usually indicate a compromised account. Refunds permanently close accounts.

You should speak to Customer Support about activating a new account.

This indeed. Your story isn’t adding up. So best is to open a support ticket to ask them for assistence.

Also keep in mind that if this happened in september 2012 you will NOT get an account restoration. The simple reason is that they didn’t implement this system until december so they don’t have data bout you from before the incident.
