Hacked account
Support website is down, how am I supposed to get help?
The support website is up and running fine. If you cannot get to it, you may have malware on your computer that is redirecting you.
Checked and I don’t have malware/virus/trojan etc… when I click <support> at top of page, IE opens a window that says the webpage isn’t available… I don’t know… is there an alternate way to get to support?
edit nevermind, tried it again and it worked… maybe just a network thing… thanks
