Q:

So when I tried to log into my account today, I was denied access and tried to reset my password. It said it was an invalid request and I sent in a ticket. Once I finally got my account back I logged on and all of my characters were deleted (which was why I couldn’t reset my password) and there was a character named “Awefaw” on my account. I tried to send in another ticket to restore my account and transfer me to my old server, but I just got sent another password reset request and my question was unanswered. Should I just wait another day to send in another ticket? Or is there another way to contact them?

Keep all your dealings with support on the ONE ticket. Don’t open multiple tickets to deal with the same incident. I had my password reset twice before it was all sorted. But it did get sorted in the end.

This is exactly correct. One ticket, and update if you need additional help. I imagine you already have been assisted, but if not, it’ll happen very soon, I’m sure. See the sticky post if you’d like info about Account Restorations.

Thank you. About how long does it take to respond to a ticket? The first ticket was within a few hours, but this ticket still hasn’t been responded to.

Also, my ticket number is 130428-000124 and I believe that this hack didn’t happen that long ago because the hacker transferred servers (to a European one) and I can’t switch servers for free until it has been two weeks.

You can’t ever switch servers for free, unless you delete all your characters. There is no ‘two-week’ time requirement. Though, with an account restoration, you will be placed back on your original server, if that is what you so desire.

I am sure support will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have heard nothing after 3 days, you can post your ticket number in the sticky at the top of the Support forum for ‘tickets over 3 days’. Again, good luck, and I am sure you will be back in the game soon. =)

Well I sent two tickets. I sent the first one (before I knew I was hacked) just to get access into my account. When I got in I realized that all of my stuff was gone so I sent in another one.
