Hacked and switched to different server

So I have was hacked a while ago from some Chinese ip address. I made sure to secure my account afterwards, changed the passwords for both my email and gw2 account.
I did lose all of my stuff and my characters, but was also switched to a European server. I’ve submitted multiple tickets to get help but have yet to receive any email to help me. Is there anyway I can get a free server switch?

Are you saying you have not received any responses? Or that they were unable to transfer you to a server that was, perhaps, Full or something?
Did you request an Account Restoration? And let them know which server the account was on?

I haven’t received any emails back. Just the automated ones.

Submitting multiple tickets can actually slow your response time down. If you have not received a response to your ticket within 72 hours post in this thread:

If you’re asking for movement between servers or for an account restoration, that too takes time.
