My account was currently hacked. I accept it as my fault and have already added an authenticator. My biggest issue is that they have transfered all of my characters to a different server and I would like to know if there is a way to get them back to my original server.

You have to do it yourself. Just the way that is publicly announced.

Well I got hacked in the beginning of the year.
Took Anet about a week to restore everything.
Now I got hacked again.
Was using the mobile authenticater and the email notfication system.
And still I got hacked.
Made a new ticket and now Anet says that they can’t restore my account atm cause I was already the victim of a hack in the beginning of the year.
So basicly the mobile authenticater and the email notification system are just crap imo.
Last year over 11000 people got hacked and it seems that whatever security system Anet puts in place it isn’t enough.
