If Support determines your account was hacked by persons unknown, you can request a rollback to a time before said hack. Update your ticket to request an Account Restoration. Again, good luck. =)

?? I thought you said you sent in a ticket to support. It will probably take a good 24 hours before you get a reply from them, then you will need to do an account rollback which will take a few days longer. It might be best not to play during this time if you want a rollback. It’s possible to do something to screw it up and you lose all progress anyway.

@astral yeah thanks they restored my account allready and actually i really never had any problems with arenanet`s service of support even in gw1 the service was good in my experience but then again its also what info u provide them ofc
