Hall of Monuments rewards still not recieved

I’ve been playing the game since release, and since i registered an account, i linked up my Hall of Monuments from GW 1. Since to this date i am still unable to claim my rewards.
it would be great if i could finally get this issued resolved and help would be much appreciated.

Hi and welcome to this section to the forum.
First off all I want you to make sure you understand how you can claim your rewards. First of all you need an eye of the north portal stone. if you dont have it in your inventory you can get one in lions arch. A karma merchant sells them on a second tab for 0 karma.
See the included map for guidelines where to go.
Use the stone to travel to the ruins of the eye of the north and walk to the hall. There you will find kimmes who sells you the skins (for free).
If you did all this and your getting an error message when talking to Kimmes you want to click my account on this site (top right corner) and then upgrade or link account. You should see a congratulations message.
If not you can try and link your account again.
If you walk into any error on the way or did all of this without a positive result please make a ticket to support https://en.support.guildwars2.com/ (ask a question)

Have you tried opening GW1, entering the Hall of Monuments, speaking to Historian Kimmes, then entering the Hall of Monuments in GW2? That has worked for many.

Please read the suggestions in this thread and see if that doesn’t resolve the issue for you. I have every reason to believe that you will be able to claim if you follow the recommended steps.
If you still need help, first make sure your accounts are indeed linked and, if needed, contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page so that they can assist you.

I didn’t get the EotN portal stone on release, and i have got the stone from the merchant but each time i talk to kimmes i am unable to claim any reward. There is no error message, just some lines of dialogue.
i’ve heard about logging into gw1 and then trying to claim the rewards. But i don’t have the game installed on this PC and would prefer it if i didn’t have to download the game again. is there any other fix i can get for this?

Did you contact Customer Support? The only ‘fix’ I know is to talk to Kimmes in GW1. You could do a search here, and see what others have done, perhaps. Good luck.

Please read my post. The message your getting is that your accounts hasn’t been linked properly. The solution IC is proposing is a valid one, but I do understand that you dont want to install the game. You can however check if the link is done properly on this website.
If you still have issues and dont want to try IC’s workaround you can and should contact support.
