I’ve seen people around the forums saying their hacked accounts issue has been solved, did the support team actually solve those issues or did these people have to use password resets and other means to actually solve their issues? Just wondering since every post i see related to account names being changed (just like mine) everyone seems to still be waiting… Took support awhile to come up with the password reset thing, how long will it take for account name reset or something to come by?… like now would be great…

I havent been helped, 3 tickets over 8 days

The account hacked section has good GM’s helped me within 3 days.

But the unban section just gives random copy paste solutions and i’ve been waiting for 10 days now for a actual legit response.

And if you get helped by either Steven or Lance then you’re pretty much doomed.

4 tickets over two weeks here.I also was the one that pointed out what they system was doing

Still seems like most of the people that managed to get help didnt have their account names switched to something else most just needed a password reset it seems, which they can do themselves as long as their accounts name are still the same…

But mine is 120829-017005 which I did close and forwarded to a newer ticket as it was not being acted on despite the length of time I waited. Mine can be fixed in 2 minutes. Why should I have to be sidelined because of a spate of 3000 bannings?

as i pointed out in another thread, most of the people who have been help are the ones doing the Karma exploit issue and are getting they account reinstated.

Thats great for them, but that doesn’t mean anyone elses issues are less important, what about the people who can’t even get on the game because of account issues? They less important?

No I haven’t been helped either I can’t even send a ticket because an error message pops up for that as well.

My ticket the same as yours as been in for 2 weeks 8 of these days i have not played the game cause of their kitten-up of how to implement a poor way of entering a new serial code. What was so hard of having a slot in people’s accounts with place new code here.

I know Dab , its just me gettingkitten off with all this crap.
You see people getting pal pal with the Gm on this forums and get back into the game in seconds and i am stuck here with the same problem as them running past 2 weeks waiting for something to happen, wouldn’t mind but it was me who was one of the first to point out what was happening and I get kitten all for it
