Hello, I bought today Astsended ring and it is not suitable for the fact that they were the same, I am from Russia and I am very poorly understood in English and did not know that because the ring is not suitable =) And I had to remove it, (((I do not have much time due to work and all the free time that I am I spend in the game! Please contact us by [Ralena’s Band] to [Red ring Death]!

If you did the same thing the people in that thread did, file a support ticket here: http://support.guildwars2.com

and explain
- what you did
- why you can’t use the item
- what you would like refunded/returned to you
