I have a question. So I log in, and load the game, but it won’t go past 99%. I can leave it sitting up for hours and it still won’t load the game completely. I’m wondering if it’s just my computer or if there is something else I’m missing. A friend who plays a lot of these types of games says there should be a button somewhere for me to scan my computer, but I can’t find one. I was wondering if anyone had a solution or an idea as to how I could fix it?

I’ve heard that changing your language and then changing it back can free it up

Yes several people have reported changing it to French to finish the download then back to English worked. I’m not sure why as that seems weird. I know a few people in the Mac forums said it worked and I think a few PC as well.

Hopefully the above fixes it for you. Note that this isn’t an account issue, but a technical one – and that has it’s own forum with it’s own list of frequent issues and frequent posters.

Yep. Switching from English to French and back again worked for me.

I am also having this same issue tonight. I am currently patching it in French to see if that works for me. I will re-post my results as soon as I have a confirmation.

Yes it is an odd fix but has been working for a lot of people with the same problem since the last few patches. The first time I saw the fix was a customer in the “Mac Beta Client Tech Support Forum” who said he was messing around with stuff and that was what fixed it. Since then the knowledge has been shared for both OSX and Windows users so it’s good it works for both.
