Guild Wars 2

I live in Ireland and I have a friend in Belarus. He can’t seem to buy the game over there and I wanted to buy it online here for him and send him the key. Is this legal and would he be able to download and play it?

It’s perfectly legal to purchase the game and send him the serial key to register. Just make sure you don’t register for him.

As long as your friend can access the account management and download pages, he should be fine.
