Since my old post got moved to page 17 of some other thread, I figured I’d let you guys know that after 1 week of waiting still nothing has been done. I don’t want to upgrade to your deluxe edition… I’d just like to play the regular edition I spent 50 bucks on and got to play for 2 days before you banned me for no reason.

Perhaps instead of someone from ArenaNet moving this post to page 17+ of a different thread you can actually take a look at the ticket and see if you can fix the problem. I know it’s a lot to ask, but I figured after paying 50 bucks to be banned for 1+ week you guys could actually do some work and help a customer out.

If the ArenaNet team was a little more prompt with their responses and didn’t leave all of these paying customers in the dark about what their account status is, there wouldn’t be a need to make multiple posts and bump them until an answer was given. I like how I’m the bad guy now.

its awesome, my choices are sit back and apparently wait for whenever someone finally gets to it, or try and actually get some help and risk an infraction.

If folks would stop filing multiple threads, posting in other threads, and submitting duplicate tickets, things would go every so much more smoothly. It’s really a vicious cycle. The more someone posts, the more reading and sorting there is to do, and the longer it takes to get to the heart of the matter.
