People were sending me tips for helping them with the Fractal Achievement and my account was automatically blocked.
I’ve submitted a ticket but would appreciate it if you could fast track it, because it’s kind of ridiculous that your autoblock is counting receiving money rather than sending it.
Would appreciate it, want to do my dailies.

According to ChrisCleary on Reddit (who has the ANet symbol so I assume he works at ANet) the reason my account was flagged was due to me sending Dragon Bash candy to guild mates and having them send it back to my account.
This apparently tripped a flag as the value of the items has increased dramatically since the event finished meaning the candy was worth a lot of gold.
All the candy originated from my account, and no gold changed hands.
I hope this can be resolved ASAP.
If you sent in a ticket, then they will action is when they can. The forums aren’t meant to be a way to expedite that process. If after 3 days you still haven’t heard anything, you can post your ticket number here

It works both ways. Anet has ways to detect Gold Sellers who mail the money, and Gold Buyers who accept it. One should not assume how their system auto-detects RMT transactions, as Anet will never tell us how it works.

That is correct. Talking about detection methods would be silly! How better to learn how to avoid detection than to learn how detection works.
The team generally responds to tickets within a few hours, if not sooner. If the matter is complex it may take a while to research, but tickets are your first line of approach and of course you’re free to post here to follow up, although we’d prefer that you do so after the team has had time to respond to the ticket. As suggested above, the “Tickets for Review” thread is helpful for that, and we do review each post there!
