Just want to begin by saying to Gaile, great work, I know you are working very hard and I don’t envy your job.
I just wanted to know how long it takes before someone looks over a ticket and replies back? My girlfriend’s dad’s account was hacked into and I am handling it on his behalf since I did pay for the game for him. Ticket was submitted late Saturday night.
Any info would be appreciated,

i was hacked and had my account restored after 5 days but ofc if hacker is reported in game he will be banned and u got a separate problem then lol

Either way it was a hack because his account e-mail isn’t being recognized which has been a popular hacker method it seems. Just would like to know when a human being and not an automated response will contact me about this.

I wanted to update this thread because the hacker is on my gf’s dad’s account RIGHT NOW and moved over to a FRENCH server!
Can you catch them red handed now?

Here is a screenshot to show the hacker moved the char over to a french server.

I would like an update as to the status of this ticket if possible, thank you.
