I read it over and I feel like I am getting nowhere closer to understanding.

At the top of this page, click ‘My Account’. And then click ‘Security’.

Then, click ‘Set up the App’.

Next, from the choices shown, download the application that is appropriate for your Smartphone. After you have done that, click ‘Next’.

Then, follow the directions for linking by either entering the code shown or scanning the QR code. Next, test the link.

Click ‘Next’ and continue to follow the directions.

Good luck. (You are right, the KB article doesn’t really have any instructions on how to set up the application.)
