All you can do at this point is to change the password on your game account – I would be doing it from a known clean machine and not the one you are playing on. It may be possible that you have a keylogger on your machine that could send the new password along to the hackers. The attempts you are seeing are because they know your current password.
As for authenticators, ArenaNet are working on additional security measures. In the mean time, be vigilant about keeping your computer clean and use a strong password that is not used anywhere else.

I would try scanning your computer with a good anti-virus software. You could even use malwarebytes which has a free version. Which works very well in finding infections that are on your computer.

It will address your issue. Do it now. You will stop getting those emails and won’t have to worry about it anymore.
Make sure the pw is unique to GW2 and not used for any other websites, games or email accounts. This is absolutely key; read Gaile’s link to understand why. Write it down if you have trouble remembering it.
