Hi, probably a stupid question. I recently purchased the Heroic Edition for my wife so we can play together but I can’t see how to reclaim the bonus items that were listed to come with it. Does she need to be a certain level or go somewhere to collect or enter a code somewhere? Tried searching on Google but can’t find any info on how to get it. Thanks in advance
They should have been sent in the mail as soon as she created her first character. If she didn’t receive them, then she might want to contact Customer Support and let them know. I’m sure they would be able to assist her. Good luck. =)
I’m not sure what you meant by ‘reclaim’ them, you only get them once.
And some of the items, like the banker, will be received when creating a second or third (and so on) character.

Well, if you purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition, you will get the banker, etc. But if you only purchased the Heroic Edition, you get the game, Legacy Armor (once), Mithril box (once) and 10 boosters (once). As far as I understand. =)

I’m guessing the first (I can’t read….), cause op does state “so they can play together”.
Still unsure about the reclaim though.

Not sure why you think he purchased a DDE instead of the Heroic Edition. But, if he did, then his wife will get everything that comes with the DDE, and if he purchased the Heroic Edition, then only the game and those 3 other items, one time only. =)
Maybe he will post and clear the issue up. =)
I need to learn to read, what I meant was that I think it was the full heroic, for a new account…
My version was just a normal copy bought ages ago so not expecting any items for myself. The copy I bought for her was the Heroic one and she didn’t have any items in her post when she made the character so was trying to figure out how to get the items lol. Didn’t think I’d have this many responses so quickly, thanks to everyone trying to help Will double check to see if shes just put them in her bank or something and if not try contacting customer support

Good plan, cause she should have received an email on the first char she made. If that didn’t happen support is your next best bet!
Make sure she is the one asking support though! As it’s her (new) account.

I have the same problem : no code for the 3 items featured in the heroic digital download edition. I tried to submit a support ticket at the GW@ support site but always got submit error incomplete field. I don’t have an original Guildwars account/serial number – only the new Guildwars 2 number. So how do I submit a support ticket?
Please disregard above post. Ticket submitted successfully. FYI there is a small drop down menu with choices about ticket problem – if unchecked the ticket will not submit.
