No need to do that! Take the harvesting tool to the blacklion guy in Lions Arch. He is located over the trading post. The guy that sells all the holiday skins etc. If you give him the harvesting tools you will get new ones that is account bound!
I mean she has like 2 axes on one account and 2 pick axes on one account and had them before they were account bound. There was a red post not too long ago saying that they would do refunds on excess tools and I just wanna make sure I submit a ticket properly.
I am sure if you request your refund of GEMS clearly and concisely, you will get what you seek. I don’t know about these horror stories, but there are certainly posts here expressing the customers’ satisfaction with the gem-return for excess gathering tools.
