How to reach support to reset my password
Via the support link at the top of the page.

That is not working.
I navigate through to have my password reset.
I enter the email addy and the character and I have tried all the access keys that I have.
I keep getting an error to contact support but I am not sure how without an access key.
I have sent e-mails to support@guildwars.com but no response.

If you are not sure of your access code or any other requested information, leave those field blank.
I tried that.
I type in a description and when I hit submit I get
Request could not be created as:
Issue: cannot be blank
Guild Wars 2 E-Mail Address (Account Log-in Name): cannot be blank
I have just purchased 2 copies ofe Gw2 game. One for me and one for my wife. I connected mine up to my Gw1 account and I am trying to connect the second copy of Gw2 to my wifes Gw1 account.
Since I have forgotten the password I am trying all sorts of things to get this reset.
You don’t know the e-mail address that the account uses to log in?

I don’t have a gw2 email account this is what I attempting to create.
I have a gw1 account that I am trying to link.
I can specify my gw1 account as the gw2 account but it still gives me the error about the issue being blank.
I believe I heard there was a small issue with GW support the other day. I think as a temporary measure you might send an e-mail to Support@GuildWars2.com and put in the subject line: “GW Support” or something of that nature.
It could take a bit of time to get this sorted, since you’re sort of coming in through the side door, but we’ll do our best to help!
