Like others, I’m having issues buying gems. Last week I tried it through PayPal. Told me something went wrong (that white page with red letters telling me to contact support), twice. An hour later both payments went through and I got twice the amount of gems. Oh well, I put them to good use.

But now, it’s worse. I get the bug through PayPal, but my credit card doesn’t work either. That was yesterday. I have still received no gems at all. What’s causing this bug? Is there another way I can get my gems?

That thread doesn’t tell me anything. He got charged and received his gems. I got absolutely nothing. Also, it’s not clear from that thread what the OP did to solve his problem.

Thanks Gaile, but I think I know what the problem is now. My credit card, and by extension PayPal, is being rejected all over the place for unknown reasons. My bank is on the issue. So it’s on my end, not yours.
