To contact CS, go to the Top of the Page – Services/Support – Submit a Request.
Your Account Name is the email you associated with your Game Account, found at the top of this page under your Display Name and above mail/Forum Profile/My Account/Logout.
Your Display Name is pmeister.3014
You can leave any of the fields in the webform blank, if you don’t know the information, but you must choose a category for both the drop-down menu selections.

To be honest, whomever decided to call an email address an Account Name needs to take some blame for this….
I get for security reasons NOT calling it an email address is a good idea, but still….

Well, to be fair, when creating a Support Ticket, it specifically asks for your email address, and shows in parentheses (Account Name).
It also gives an example of what a Display Name is, so….
Ticket submission isn’t that confusing. Other areas, well….maybe not so much. I don’t know.

I agree it is a little confusing. But adding the explanatory bit, like (e-mail address) has helped make it clearer.
Account Name: Your e-mail address with which you log in to the game
Display Name: The name that is shown in the game, such as Gamer.1234. Display Names always have four random numbers after them.
Character Name: The name given any of the characters on a particular account.
