I wanted to create a suggestion for game, but when I press Create New Topic site gave me 3 errors, it was invalid message, I cant create topic and I cant post a message.
What to do?

You can neither post nor create topics in Archived Sub-forums. Create your topic in the releveant sub-forum to your suggestion, i.e. WvW sub-forum for WvW suggestions, Thief sub-forum for Thief suggestions, General Discussion for General suggestions.

No. Only boards in archive area are now read only.

Arenanet decided that they didn’t wanted to have a subforum dedicated for suggestions. This is why it is not possible to post in that subforum. The subforum still exist, but under archive. This so that past suggestions are still possible.

Arenanet still values players suggestions, but want you to post them in the appropiate thread bout the subject. Reading your suggestion, and seeing it is bout a general combat mechanism I would advice you to post it in the general discussion forum:

To make your suggestion more visable I would advice to start the title with ‘Suggestion:….’
