Can someone please fast explain me what does the guy from support exactly means?
This is what he wrote: “Write your ticket number using blue or black ink on the actual serial code insert above the serial code.”
I know english, but he is just confusing as hell here and i’m asking for some help here because i don’t want to wait another day for him just to reformulate the sentence.

It sounds like he/she means to take the insert (the little card that came with your physical copy of the game) and write down your ticket number (using a blue or black ink pen) above the serial code that is printed on that card. I am guessing they want a picture of it? Perhaps, for proof of ownership? This would only apply to those that purchased a physical retail copy of the game that came in a box.

Exactly as explained above, and there’s no harm in having your ticket number on the Serial Code. Won’t hurt a thing and really, it’s the only way for us to help, when account go deeply into dispute.

Thanks for doing that.
