hello! I used to own Guild Wars2 but i asked for a refund. this was a long time ago. Today I repurchased the game using the same email address I previously used. I think this may have caused a problem. is there anyway you can reactivate my account and let me use my 1 and only email address?

I don’t believe a refunded account can be reactivated. I think you have to make a new account.

“Be aware that if one gets a refund, the account is permanently closed AND the credit card associated with it is disabled and may not be used in the future in any purchases related to Guild Wars or Guild Wars 2 (or any other NCsoft game). This means that it may not be possible to simply get a refund and start a new account”.
You will have to let support help you now. They will contact you through the ticket you made. When you bound it to a permanently deactivated account, it messed it up.

yep, well ive opened a ticket, maybe they can unbind it and i just make another email account..

Have no idea, sorry. I’ve always used email and they’ve been pretty fast. A day or so to fix things in my experience.
