Is it possible to get my account achievement points rolled back to 2999 so i can get the other gloves!! i accidently got the hellfire gloves #depressed

Pretty sure the answer is no but you can always make a ticket and ask support if they can switch the gloves.

what’s a ticket and how do i make it

Go to the support tab at the top of the page then go to ‘ask a question’. Make a ticket from there, putting Unknown in any slot you don’t know the answer. Just to warn you the answer will probably be no. ANet doesn’t usually fix it if it’s the player’s mistake.

From experience they don’t fix it even if its a game glitch too.

Only reason I am aware they will rollback (and ONLY once) is if your account get’s hacked.
