Q:

SO as my title say’s i lost 6 minis ,and they aren’t in Collectibles Tab either.
to make the long story short i purchase them like on December the 2012 i stopped playing Gw2 after and i thought to reconnect back to the game like a month ago so it was then when i discover my minis were gone for good….
i ll paste all the conversation with the stupor team and the conclusions are all yours.

(1) Thank you for contacting the Guild Wars 2 Support Team.

In regards to the missing minis, please make sure to check the Collectibles Tab on your Bank, as those items are stored in there. If you fail to find them there, please let us know.

Should you have any other doubts or concerns, please let us know.

(2) I understand that you checked into your collectibles but your minis were not in there, we would like some more information from you to see if an exception can be made in this case. We cannot guarantee that restoration will be possible, but please respond with the following information:

  • Date and exact time of the loss (as close as you can remember)
  • Your time zone
  • Exact name of the item

Once you have provided this information we will investigate and let you know if it’s possible to restore your loss. We hope to hear from you soon.In most cases the support team is not able to restore individual items in situations like this.

(3) I understand you don’t know the specific date when the minis were lost, but in order for us to better assist you we will definitely need an approximated date when this happened. Please reply to this email with date and exact time of the loss (as close as you can remember). Also we will like for you to provide use with the date and time when you purchase the Minis 3-Packs.

We appreciate your understanding and patience.

My answer >> I purchase the gems to buy them the 26 Nov,2012 14:42:52 GMT+02:00,so i
must bought them or in November or December of 2012.
Now regarding from when i lost them as i said to you and in the preview
mail because i didnt log in to the game for a wille i cant be sure when i
lost them but i saw that they were missing between June July of 2013.
I hope the information that i proved you with are sufficient enough to
investigate my issue

The same time i had bought gems to buy extra space on my bank so they didnt even saw that purchase either

My response>> How is that possible to not be shown at your entry?Not even my extra bank
slot i purchase?maybe because its have been a long time and you don’t keep
logs for so long time?I find it normal that you are able to see my 5
Transmutation Crystals because its have been done 2 days ago.I kindly ask
you to check my account gems that i have now and do the math to confirm
the purchase i did on the mini packs.
I am sorry to say that but i am kind of disappointed with your services
because on release of the game you made me buy it twice(as my serial was
not from a valid seller,at least for your company,no problems in other
games at all from this seller) and now that i spend some more money for
thin air you tell me you don’t keep logs of purchases for this long time
periods

And there final answer was to troll me!

Okay, before anything, don’t get angry I’m asking this. Just trying to help as best as I can.

Does the gem store show that you made the purchase? And do you remember how many gems you had in total when you bought those?
Cause if the mini’s and and bank tab were never deducted, that could mean they weren’t bought at all. It would also explain why support can’t find anything on it.

Could they still be in your mailbox attached to the email you got when you bought them?
And another obvious one, could they be on a different character?

I realize this might all be stuff that makes you think “Urg did she even read my post” but yes I did. I can’t undo a decision made by support but them finding nothing is strange too in my book.

(could you have gotten hacked?)

Thanks for your response i have said that to the support team that they can check how many gems are left in my account and do the simple math to see that something is missing.Ofc i did check every single character to see if he caries them around and i do have the extra bank tab and i know i had the minis as well because i remember playing with them and actually finding my self that i wanted to buy some more.
What makes me angry is they didn’t even saw my extra bank tab purchase so how they expect to find my lost minis…I don’t know but i am kind of disappointed from arenanet and as you read they made me buy the game twice when it was released because my serial was bought from an invalid seller (for them for all other games i never had any problem).And now minis disappeared by there own to go and find there own adventures maybe in an other installed game on my hard disk who knows:)
Smells like way more money hungry than Blitz and sorry to say that

So you have the bank expansion?

I’ve noticed that for some reason, if you purchase a bank (and I’d presume, a bag) slot via the banking interface, it does not show at all on the store records. And some of the GMs (if not all) don’t know that.

Use your original ticket number. If you make a new one and you have one still active, all they do is close that one up and merge it to the original.

Sorry to put this in someone else’s thread but I have also found that my Mini WatchKnight has disappeared. i have the achievement, and it was definately in my collectibles tab before the update, after the latest update it had disappeared. I have checked all my characters just in case.

Nice to hear that there id more people have the same issue as me(well its not really nice but you get the point)at least with more people maybe they ll really get into investigate what is going on.

Torda — I just reviewed the ticket, and as you were told, the team has checked and double-checked and they’ve reviewed purchases all to way back to November, and they have been unable to confirm that you made this purchase. Purchases are logged in several ways, and no one is able to figure out how the logs would have failed in your case and no one else’s. That is why the team declined your request: There is nothing that shows the purchase. if you wish to continue to discuss this, you may reopen your ticket and provide any additional information that you are able to provide.

Note: The situation you described is not in any way related to the missing Mini Watchknight. That is an entirely separate issue.

This is a known issue, reported in many threads. We apologize for this problem and we will be correcting this with a game build soon.
